Happy Birthday Makenna

The Browns are our really dear friends. Makenna had a birthday party at the paint your own pottery place. It was such a fun time. The kids LOVED it! Happy 7th birthday sweetie.

UNR Half Time Performance

I arranged for the cheer squads to perform at halftime of a University of Nevada Reno Boys Basketball game. The Mini's were adorable. The crowd just loved them. Snowmobiling Trip 2010

We had our annual Telford family snowmobiling trip at the new Arco farm this year. At the Arco "trailer" cabin. hehe. It was so nice on the inside. Mijken did an amazing remodeling job. It was so homey and spacious. Hopefully her next project is the outside =) Jared and Christine made the 12 hour trip with me and my 4 kids. Brent had missed too many days of work already this year so he didn't get to come. I'm so glad we went. I love being from a big family. It is great to have my kids be able to be with their family and cousins who share the same values and beliefs that we do. There wasn't a ton of snow. (It did snow 2 feet the day we left.) That's okay because it kept the big boys with us and they spent time giving the kids rides on the snowmobiles. Everyone was there except for Jake and his family and Brent.

Braden and Jessie started the sickness...puking for about 24 hours then they were fine. It totally made the rounds. Thankfully for our family the only victims were Braden and Jessie but there were plenty of cousins and aunts and uncles and grandma that got it. Sorry everyone!

Brent took the girls ice skating at the outdoor skating rink. He refused to take the camera with him (not that I blame him) so these are the only pics I have of them when I dropped them off. They all had a great time!

My brother Ryan, went out to check on some cows and got his truck stuck in a huge snow drift. He called the house for someone to come pull him out. Everyone was outside doing chores except me. So....April (and Nik Nik) to the rescue! Funny I couldn't remember to use my camera on Christmas Day but remembered to take it to pull Ryan out! It was funny. Ryan said, "April, you've done this a ton of times...why the pictures?" Well, everyone who knows me now wouldn't believe that I'd have done this a thousand times. This is proof!

Wow! Pathetic! That is the only word to describe the lack of pictures taken on Christmas Day! Seriously, What is wrong with me! This year for just our little family we each drew one other persons name and got them a gift. The kids had the best time doing this. Their gifts were very well thought out and they were all so excited to be the giver! This is Brookie helping Kaylee Nicole open the gift she got her.
